A: We ship same day or next day, we ship vis USPS First Class or Media Mail depending on weight and you should expect your order to arrive within 7-10 working days after ordering.

A: We guarantee that the disks you purchase are free of defects and will function as advertised. As such, we will replace any defective disks within 7 days of return receipt of same. Customer is responsible for postage. Because the disks can be easily copied we offer no refunds whatsoever for any reason.
